2017 Granite Hills Sauvignon blanc

Tasting Notes

This wine screams Sauvignon blanc from the minute it hits your nose. Aromatics such as Granny Smith apples, honeydew melon, and lemongrass dance out of the glass as you swirl. Once you dive into the wine with the first sip the tartness of that Granny Smith apple solidifies itself in your mind along with a well-rounded mouth feel and a crisp bright and long finish too. This wine was made for hot summer days sitting at 13.5% alcohol, accompanied by the lightness and freshness one desires when choosing a Sauvignon blanc.
