By enrolling in the above club, you understand that you will automatically receive shipments and authorize Guadagni Family Wines to charge your credit card. You certify that you are at least 21 years of age and understand that an adult signature is required at the time of delivery for wine products. You understand it is your responsibility to notify Guadagni Family Wines of any address or credit card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled shipment; Guadagni Family Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments. Government regulations permit shipping wines in a limited number of states. You confirm that you have complied with all wine shipping regulations imposed by the state to which your wine will be shipped. You cannot cancel membership before you receive four shipments.
